Masala Dosa & Sambar

Vegetarian South Indian dishes literally lights up my soul and I am mad over sambhar dosa! When it comes to eat from outside there are numerous number of restaurants which serves delicious south Indian delicacies.

But mine is favourite from straight of my mother’s hands cooked sambhar. I learnt the skills of cooking sambhar from her only and I really don’t know from whom she learnt cooking! But out of all I enjoyed her recipe way too much.

Here is the simple way: boil required veggies and tur dal in a vessel or cooker mash it add tamarind water, salt and let it simmer on low flame, in tadka Pan put good amount of oil add whole red chillies, musturd seeds, sambhar powder, red chilli powder in it and put that tadka in cooked veggies and lentil vessel. Together mix it and cook it for 10 mins, the delicious sambhar is ready to eat.

Enjoy!!
