Women’s day special Meal

I feel Every day is Women Day, without them we cant even born but Today is something little more special to them, International Women’s Day.
So why not we pamper them a little bit more and whats better than cooking to make your lady love,your mother,sister,daughter feels special today.

I have prepared Veg Shammi Kebabs and Choco Banana Cup Cakes for my lady love, keeping all the health factors in mind. I cook Shammi Kebabs by air frying and Choco Banana cake by using wheat flour.
For Shammi Kebab I have taken black Chickpeas(Kala Chana), onion,ginger,garlic,red & green chillies, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, coriander seeds, jeera, salt to taste.
Pressure cooking everything mixed and mash it well after draining remaining water mix roasted Besan into the mixture, chopped mint leaves, coriander and lemon juice. Mix all together, now make little mixture on your palm and shape it like tikki.

You can fry it or simply put it in air fryer for making healthier version of it, serve it with Mint Sauce or Chutney.
For Choco Banana Cake Take 2 Bananas peel it make pure, add half cup Wheat flour and Half cup all purpose Flour into the pure. Into the mixture add 1 tsp Vanilla essence, 1/2 cup coco powder, 1/4 tsp Baking soda, 1/4 Baking Powder and 1/2 cup oil/olive oil mix it all together with beater. Make it a smooth batter, put it in cupcakes mold, Preheat the oven to 180 Degree Celsius. Bake it/convection it around 37 to 40 mins.
