Paneer bread rolls!

Bread rolls are everyone’s most loved snacks but we all scared of having it more coz of it’s calorie counts!
Here is healthy and light version of it, Paneer Bread rolls and the best part is only 2-3 drops of oil is used to make it in nonstick pan.

To make this recipe more healthy, you can use brown or Atta bread also, I made it with sandwich bread. The inside filling is of Cottage cheese with all the herbs, chat masala and coriander.

It tastes really tangy, juicy and crisp from outside and the USP is you never feel guilt of having it tummy full!
