This is my one of the favourite Indian snack..I order it almost everytime whenever I grab food outside. Yet, Dahi ke Kebab is easy to make at home too, the whole base stands on hung curd.
You have to hung the curd almost 7 to 8 hrs to make the best textured dahi kebab. The mixture of paneer and dahi makes it is soft like foam from inside and the coating of breadcrums makes it crispy from outside.
You can relish with mint sauce, it really tastes incredible.
