Yesterday I had sudden guests arrival at my home, and i was clueless what to made easy and different in chicken dish.
Then I found this most succulent Reshmi Chicken, after which I can say that Indian food is so much more than Butter Chicken and Chicken curry.
It has smooth and silky textured gravy of cashew nuts and onions with marinated chicken cooked in it.
This dish has the most smoothest gravy i ever had and the flavour of chillies, garlic and ginger was just incredible in it.
The whole cooking processs completes Only in 45 minutes and had shower of compliments on me.
This turns my Monday into happy Monday.
